Hi there, I’m Caitlin -
an executive function coach based in Central Connecticut who supports middle school, high school, and college students struggling with organization, follow-through, time management, and school-related overwhelm.

My background is in psychology and special education, and over the years, I’ve worked in public school settings, working with students with diverse learning needs through special education support services. What I always loved most was working directly with students one-on-one — helping them break things down, feel capable, and build confidence.
Looking back, the part of the work I was always most drawn to wasn’t teaching the content itself — it was digging in with students as they worked through it. Helping them slow things down, figure out where to begin, work through frustration, and build confidence step by step.
That understanding became even more personal through parenting and supporting executive function challenges at home. Over time, I realized I wanted to build work centered around the kind of support I naturally loved providing most.
When I eventually discovered executive function coaching, everything clicked.
Today, I work with students who are often bright, capable, and trying hard — but overwhelmed by missing assignments, procrastination, disorganization, or difficulty getting started. My approach is practical, supportive, and individualized. Together, we build systems and strategies that help students manage school more independently and with less stress over time.
Because no two students are the same, no two coaching plans are the same either. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s helping students better understand how they work, build confidence, and develop tools they can carry beyond the classroom.
